Woohoo! Pack your bags, we're going to the Dominican Republic! We're very excited to have you join us for our wedding weekend.
To make things simple, we've hired Destination Brides, LLC, to help our guests arrange accommodation. We've chosen to stay at Dreams Macao Beach Punta Cana, and would encourage you to stay with us!
This is YOUR vacation as well! You can stay at the resort for up to 7 nights with our discounted room block.
Many details are below, but here are a few IMPORTANT things to note:
1. Only have 1 person from your party make a room reservation using the form below. Don't have 2 people staying in the same room fill out the form.
2. We recommend groups of 2 reserve one room for optimal comfort, but rooms can accommodate up to 3 guests. We've quoted prices for groups of 2 below, but having 3 guests will bring the price per person down nominally.
3. Transportation to and from the airport is included in your booking price. No need to arrange a taxi when arriving or leaving Punta Cana.
4. To guarantee availability and discounted pricing, please put down your retainer with our agent as soon as possible!

Please book the flight that works with your schedule. We highly suggest flying in Friday, December 13, 2024 or earlier to take full advantage of the week's festivities.
Friendly reminder the wedding is on Monday, December 16, 2024.

It is interest-free! All you have to do is submit your secured payment form online. It will give Destination Brides, LLC (or our affiliates) permission to debit your Debit OR Credit Card for any amount you choose, and how often you choose.
A minimum non-refundable* deposit of $200 per person is due no later than July 12, 2024 in order to secure your room and round-trip airport/resort/airport transportation. Subject to availability at the time of booking after this date.
**The Second Deposit Payment of 75% of total booking is due by August 2, 2024 (No worries, for your convenience we will send you reminders).
Please note, all reservations must meet payment dates. Inventory is subject to availability after the dates above.

Your passport must be valid 6 months from return date.
Every guest must have a valid passport. You will need this to board your flight and the resort will ask for it when you check-in. If you do not have a passport or need to renew it, click below.
Note: Processing time has increased, causing delays in passports. If you will be attending the wedding and need a first-time passport OR need to renew your passport, please do this ASAP. Without it, you will not be able to attend the wedding.
Please also check your expiration date on your current passport. It must be valid 6 months from your return date.

We recommend you book your flights as early as you can. You may book it via your favorite airline.
Since you'll be booking your room with our group, transportation to and from the airport (Punta Cana) is included!
*If you prefer to fly into Santo Domingo (SDQ) you may do so, but airport transfers are NOT included and will incur an additional cost*

*Words of Advice*
- If you arrive at the resort before check-in time, you are able to utilize all the amenities (pool, restaurants, activities, etc.). Pack a small bag with swimwear and other necessities to utilize the resort while you wait for your room.
- Please give yourself at least 24-36 hrs before the wedding day to arrive in case of delays or cancellations.
NOTE: Most airlines start publishing flights up to 11 months from your departure date.

Rooms reserved at a discounted rate, on a first-come, first-served basis. Our travel specialists will do their best to honor the discounted rate outside the 40 rooms, however, the early-booking discount is not guaranteed. The sooner you reserve with your deposit, the better.
The discounted rate is an ALL-INCLUSIVE room rate and includes shared round-trip airport transfer.
If you book at a different hotel/resort, you will not be able to partake in activities leading up to the wedding and/or wedding ceremony without incurring additional fees for daily passes starting from $150+ USD just to access the event/per person.
We are confident in our pricing but if you were to find a cheaper “deal” outside of Destination Brides, LLC please allow us an opportunity to review the pricing component or price match. We would like to do our best to keep family and friends consolidated at the resort for accountability.
